Forgot to mention this: on www.eltjohaselhoff.com (Menu left: "Tablature") you'll find a complete tab of my song Roundback Rag. That song was dedicated to my old Custom Legend, and Ovation guitars in general. There's a sound sample too.

I think every Ovation owner should play the song at least once a day, every morning before breakfast. So: get to work guys... ;)

I heard recently that Gerald Ford is one of the richest men in the (US or world)...can't remember exactly which. I was surprised.

No, I'm quite sure they said Gerald. He wasn't at the top, but was on the list. It caught my attention, being as he's from Michigan and all.

EDIT:

And I see you're from New Ulm, MN. Go Gophers! Say, you wouldn't be planning on honoring St. Urho sometime soon, wouldja? ;)

Thanks for the new stuff Picker. I've been learning things from your online guitar lessons section but I haven't been back there for a while. I've been working on that basic C roll thing though. I have it going pretty good now, not perfect, but I'm getting the hang of it. Great site all around. Love The Roundback Rag & the other new mp3's.

Don't distract me with sports, etc. I'm trying to learn Eltjo's song. It ain't gonna be easy. But, you're right, we're kinda excited about the maroon and gold(both the gals and guys).

Hey Spunky,

Nice to see another Mint-a-sotan on the board! How long you been in New Ulm? I used to play southern Minnesota alot with a band out of the Mankato area. Was down to your neck of the woods two years ago for Oktober fest (not giggin, just visiting)! Go Gophs! I'm a gopher hockey fan as well as BBall.

We seem to come up with lotsa excuses, er... fests so that people will drink it!! Nice to see there's at least one other member from MN.

Another one? Dayum! I was born in Stillwater. I love coming back to the Cities every once in a while just to visit. The most fun I've ever had on a jet ski was two years ago on St. Croix. Fun times.

As in Martin Zellar and the HARDWAYS, or the GEAR DADDIES? And I kinda like a good Hot Dish!
