Well, it's been a week and a few days and I haven't taken pictures...

CUZ I'VE BEEN PLAYIN IT!

Many firsts for me here:

My first "outie"
My first deep bowl cutaway
My first time playing with one of Beal's Ex's
My first Optima (I like this preamp!)
My first "Limited" or commemorative, or whatever this should be called. Anniversary maybe?

Just put new string on, and I'm gonna play it out tonight. Just this one. No others are being brought.

Beauty - and nice pics, too. But, Damon, friends don't let friends gig without a backup.

Thanks, that's true. I'll bring the LX, but it stays in the case unless needed.

Damon, you had some nice guitars when you joined this group. Since then, you've added some particularly nice models that are some of our favorites. It happens to all of us. Very nice collection!

Actually last night was a bust. It was much busier than usual, and when I got there the time slots had all been spoken for.

I'll have to get there earlier next week. Though I think I'll be using the VXT next week.

This girl will make an appearance eventually though. Really it's the perfect guitar for me. Deep cutaway, ebony board, killer preamp, great tone, and nice and flashy but still classy.
