Nobody liked me a long time before I became a snob, so that's not it. No....but it has helped add to the overall disgust! |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Going back to the guitar that zchord found on eBay.....the model number is wrong, it should be 1719, but everything else looks right. The picture on Ovation's website shows a black-faced headstock, but all other details match. Unfortunately, the picture where you can almost read the label has the third model digit obscured by a string. The serial number is consistent for a guitar made this year.
BUT....I'd say this is IT....so they are in production and available. It's just a matter of time before they start showing up in shops.

Location: Phoenix, AZ | In case anyone from the Factory reads this thread, and has managed to stay with it this far, there's a typo in the linked page from the original post. The linked page says "Fret Inlay: Dots/Diamons". I could be wrong, but I think it should be "Diamonds".
We're all proud of our Ovations, the Factory and its site. We'd like everything connected with Ovation to be perfect.
And, btw, how soon will LX's have contour bowls? |
