Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | zchord, $350 is a good deal for this if it truly has no issues. I paid $350 last year for a 1978 1617, which turned out to be an "1117".....the pickup doesn't work!!!!! But the top is solid, the neck is straight, and the action is good. Despite having the VT-bracing, it still sounds pretty good.
Anyway, your 1117 looks good....I was eyeing the auction myself, it is a good match for my 1982-vintage 1118 Glen Campbell 12-string.
