Glen,

Is it the tall TRC or the shorter TRC?

If you need a Pickguard done in veneer and matching TRC I will need a tracing of the P/G (holes and all) and your color/tone preferences.
I am thinking dark Walnut or perhaps some Zebra wood if you want to walk on the wild side! The Preache Deluxe has a different PG so Ineed a template.

I can send you a black TRC in the interim.

actually abendicum has the gc12 now.. is his alternative tuned guitar... the trc from tony was in transit to me prior to the sale to AB and was just gonna send it on to him... has a black trc.. Ab wanted to get the signature model as someone had changed it off the guitar prior to my receiving it.

Abendicum? would you like a custom MWOODY trc to replace the generic?

God Bless,

Glenn

"GREAT guitar, I'm sure you will grow to love it"

Loved it from the second I opened the case, it is a GREAT guitar..., by far the nicest electric I have ever owned. I am now trying to find a nice old tube-type combo amp to do it justice..

God Bless,

Glenn

Mwoody,

can you send me jpg's of grains and color of the various veneers you're working in?

interested in making a pg/trc in ebony for the viper?

StephenT has(soon to be mine if mother nature coops) a PD12 in black as well... so..

zebra sounds interesting... was considering doing an oem copy in white 5-ply.

at least One if not both of them will get the treatment.(in fully reversible mode).

I'll be glad to send you a template of the pg/trc as it is going in for a set-up and full workover at Howie's shop next week.. so while Brett has it opened up and taken apart can get a tracing/negative.

gonna go with 9's on the new setup.. does anyone have spec's on pickup height's and original set-up specs for action and intonation for a preacher deluxe?

any special way to clean the pots/switches on the preamp board?

I have great faith in Brett's abilities.. I just know that he doesn't get a whole lot of Ovation Solids to work on.

Viper is going in for a new setup as well at the same time.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

God Bless,

Glenn

I had to go back over this post because I seem to have missed a few details.

A) I don't need a template - I have one.

B)Tall or short TRC?

C) I will be close to making some PD PG's in a couple of weeks. I will go over details with you later.

D) Black is beautiful! If you just need a black TRC I may have one.

Nice guitar.

sorry, beer lag here.... and 60 hour weeks

Abendicum has the 1118 in need of a trc but I believe he is looking for OEM signature type. it currently has a standard balladeer trc in b/w 3ply. so none missing just the one he wants, Tony had sent an oem to me but was lost in transit.

AB inquired as to if ever located.

interested in zebra pg/trc for at least one PD at this time.

and a treatment for the viper.

Thanks,

God Bless,

Glenn
