This is getting very repetitive, but I've just got to say that once again I am blown away by the job done by the service department. I sent them an old adamas with the fretboard so badly worn that you could almost see the k-bar. I expected the worst. Gulp. Well, today I got back the finished product, original neck and walnut board intact, perfectly leveled and finished, a first rate fret job and they turned the whole thing around in 2-1/2 weeks. The guitar looks and plays like brand new. I'm just amazed. There is no bigger bang for the buck in this industry than the top quality job that these guys do. Dave

I think it depends what you need done. Maybe they have such massive problems with bowls and tops, that the fretboard guys had nothing to do. Relax, I'm just joking. I'm guessing the Ben Franklin I slipped under the strings helped with the priority.
