Got my 12-fret back today...absolutely gorgeous.

My compliments and thanks to my dealer (Al), Kim, and anyone who touched this instrument at the factory.

No, can't forget John...realized that I've never talked or emailed him; dumped all of my strange requests on Kim.

Nor can we forget the engineering/R&D folks - they did design a great instrument.

By the way, thanks for the great abalone inlaids :D

It's funny. The first Customer Service related predicament I had I ended up working with John. He has been my go-to guy ever since. I think I have emailed with Kim only once.

John has put up with my whining, issues and tales rather well! Thanks John!

I sent him a couple of "Rigger" t-shirts so he, Kim and Al would all match!
