Location: Flushing, MI | I hit "Buy it now" @ $119 for the Matrix on ebay. The seller doesn't have much for details, or pictures either, so I'm just gonna chance it. It said it was fine other than some scratches on the back. We'll see......

Location: Boise, Idaho | Early one, should have an aluminum fretboard. Mine still sounds good after 30 years and $119 is probably a good price if it's in good shape. |

I got it with a hardshell case for $75 at a flea market. It has a beautiful unplugged warmth, brilliance and articulation. The electronics on mine are a little weak and I'm working on that with a guitar friend of mine but in the meantime, I put a Seymour Duncan Maverick performer single coil soundhole pickup on it. The sound is amazing. These pickups are cheap at around $30 and, I believe only sold at Guitar Center. For the money, pretty wonderful quality sound. I have exactly the same pickups on my Washburn and Larivee and the Matrix is more expressive and full than either of them... and I love the sound of both of them through that pickup

When you use the Post Reply button there are some buttons for adding stuff like urls to the post. click the button and paste or type the url or location of the pic. Something like this (http://www.geocities.com/alansir99/dianneAlan.jpg)You have to already have them somewhere on the web for them to appear here. |
