And Paul..thanks. |

I had the regional rep send me a new one directly from the factory and it came in today. I was chomping at the bit when I opened the case, took it out and began to play it. The setup up is absolutely perfect and there is no gap beneath the fretboard extension across the top like there was in the first one.
I was falling fast in love with it when I began to notice a rattling sound while playing the low open E string. While trying to locate the rattle I noticed that the top is warped right beneath the bridge. By warped I mean there are two narrow humps, or ridges on the soundboard that are about 4 inches long.
Is this something that can be fixed? I don't know if I want them to send me another one since it's getting to where I don't trust their QC anymore. Besides all that, this one plays and sounds great. It just makes me sick to have to be without it for however long it may take to fix it. Any idea how long the turnaround would be on something like this? |

I'd love to be able to exhibit my instruments for all the world to see. The glitch is, if my better half knew how many there are, I'd get strung...up. |
