Seeking opinions.
There is 1113-4 for sale at my local music store. I would guess that it is from the 80's. Great shape, but kind of weak in sound. What's a reasonble price to pay for this?
All opinions welcome.
Thanks in advance,

Location: Boise, Idaho | My 1713 has a cedar top and the OP24 preamp. With the deep bowl it puts out a lot of sound, although the nylon strings don't sound as loud as the steel strings you may be used to. Buckaroo is right, it seems like nylon strings really go dead. Or you might complain about the dead sound and negotiate accordingly. New strings are the most likely cure if guitar is in original condition.
I paid $375 for mine with no case last Spring and thought I got a great deal. Seems like ebay has had some 1113s recently, so check there. |
