Ofcourse, I would'nt dare use screws! But I am hesitating using the adhesive tapes that came with the kit. Is it okay to use them? Will they damage the coating?

I went through this same delimma but I realized that the finish on the EliteT is indestructable or something. No pick scratches, nothing. I've taken the pickup off and saw no evidence that it was ever there. Good luck and know that your guitar will now go where no guitar has gone before...I love the GK-2A Pickup!

Will get back when the job is done and the guitar is tested thru my GI-20 & QY100 as well as EM2000. Noel
