This has been bugging me...

I've looked at Ovation Vipers (the new ones) as well as the new Taylor T5's. Both very nice, but I am at a loss to explain their prices. They seem astronomical for what you get.

Can someone help me understand what I am missing?

Cheers!

Jeff

can't speak for the trailer but if that appeals to you check out a hamer duotone. it does it best IMHO.

as for the ovation viper it has the same appeal as the givsung chet atkins tone chambered so you can play acoustic at high volumnes without worry of feedback. AND the body is made of mahogany a fact that ovation does not seem to really want to stress by painting the bowl black with bowl paint.
