Location: Southern California | I am looking at two "slightly used" 12 strings, both are in extremely good shape. One is a black/red Melissa, the other a CS-245. The Melissa is a little more than twice the price. Any comments of which is better? Pros & cons of either? Better bang for my buck? Which has a better acoustic-only sound? Thanks for any/all help! |

Location: SoCal | The Melissa is a lot more than twice the guitar, acoustically or plugged in. Spend the money and buy the quality.
Where in SoCal are you and where are the guitars? |

Location: Southern California | Guitars are back east; would love to find locally... shipping guitars ain't good.
As for me, I'm in Oceanside. Where in MV are you? (I grew up there...) |

P.S. Dragon ... I've had lots of guitars shipped cross country. It's really no big deal. Go for the ME if it's within your $$, they don't get much better than that. |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | I have a Melissa, I've played the CS245. The sound you're hearing is me rolling on the floor dying laughing at the thought of these guitars being comparable.
Get the ME 12-string.
