Link Wray died November 5th. He was 79. A true original. Nobody sounded like the Link Man before or since.

Isn't someone making longhorn knock offs? I swear I saw them in Vintage Guitar or something. I always thought they looked cool, but figured I'd get my a$$ kicked if I had one, if you know what I mean.

the dano reissues were made in japan for a few years then they stopped.

My son recently tried to turn me on to Link Wray and the Raymen ... little did he know that I could dig deep into my vinyl and voila! Sorry to see him go, but 79? I'll take that.
