Maybe the member who was offering the blond Viper should contact Roadworthy Guitars and see about doing a trade or something.

Check out the price on this Viper .

Worth it? I think the Viper's are great guitars, but they're underappreciated in the market. I don't think I've ever seen one go for $650. Anyone else?

I think the price for my Viper was about $200 with the case, at the pawn shop, back in the eighties. It would take a whole lot more than that to buy mine, I'm kinda fond of it. The guitar is a fine, under-rated solid body. They should go up in value because of the playability, and the scarcity. Many folks have never seen one in person. Of course, I'm not counting the Ovation nuts, like the OFC.

The one that sold for over $1000 was a custom one. He offered it to the board for $1000. I wish I took it. It went for more on Ebay.

In Roadworthy's defense, the pictures make the Viper they have look like it's brand new. If it's in that condition it might be worth more than the usual tree-fitty. To the right buyer. (Ain't that always the case?)

I still miss the Viper that went off to MWoody's Island of Misfit Guitars. Maybe I should go and dig up another one to sell to him when I get an itch for something different. ;)

I don't think this one is the one, though.
