I took some cold medicine this morning (hey, I also found out today that dextromethorphan hydrobromide can be a dissociative...that explains some things), so you freaked me out. ;)

Happy Holida...er, Merry Christmas to you. Now, let's get out there and put the X back in Xmas, too!

I wonder if the PC "Happy Holidays" crowd knows that the word holiday is derived from the words "holy days"...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I liked Ben Stein's comments yesterday on the CBS Sunday Morning program. He said he was a Jew and didn't like people telling him not to wish people a Merry Christmas. He couldn't find anything in the Constitution that said we are all supposed to be atheists and we can't celebrate religious holidays.

Merry Christmas from the outskirts of the so-called "city that never sleeps."

I'm hoping to see lots of white stuff when I hit the road to visit my family in "the Great White North(east)" (as posted by a fellow OFCer) in 5 days! :)

Ramadan is over and done with for this year. I think they broke the fast about 6 weeks ago. Ramadan moves around so you get to combine it with various other holidays ... I think this year it was Rosh Hashana.

That's easy for you to say...

Have a safe Christmas one and all. Play and sing, as expression of feelings is the greatest gift of all (I seem to recall reading somewhere).

"Although it's been said many times, many ways..." Wow, I'll bet ol' Mel Torment never had this bunch in mind when he penned that line! ;)

Merry Christmas one and all! :)
