The April Josh White's line of ancestors is Temp - Dave - Samova - CWK2. That's a nice story, even if it should not be true.

So that's the JW with the p/u in it? Straight thru? Temp had that put in at the factory in 2004.... He played some nasty slide on it at the OFC gathering that year...

Fabulous - there are some GREAT guitars in there and some GREAT photography.

Brilliant job Kid'n'Zilla (I want credit if you use that name for your company) - even better than last year.

Na... I'll definitely be the last one on the planet to receive mine.
It takes our postal service a week just to get a letter from Sydney to Tasmania! Then add the Xmas rush. Hmmm, maybe next week.

I got the calendar last week, but I didn't view the "trinket" until now.

WOW! What an incredible assortment of photos that didn't make the calendar.

Thanks again Brad for putting the trinket together so well and so quickly.

All part of the service. :)
The OFC is all about "value added".
More than what you ask for... that's the OFC way.
Or should it read "more than what you bargained" for????

Woo Hoo! I dunno who you know to bribe at the border, but the calendar made it!

And my gorgeous, though road weary, T-head even made the calendar. (Probably just 'cause it's keeping good company...like the owner.)

Re: September...can you determine the skill level of the player by how far up the neck they play? Things that make you go, Hmmmmm......

Thank you Brad, Zilla and anyone else involved in this project. The trinket will keep me busy for some time, I think. It's easily worth as much as the calendar. The 4,950 +/- members who didn't order one missed the bargain of the year!

What's an .mov file?

Nursed this morning' hangover with a cup of coffee while I scribbled-in this year's gigs onto the new calendar . . . 26 bookings and the year is just starting . . . not too shabby . . . (unless you ask Jeanette).

My only thoughts on the calendar (other than terrific as usual) would be to maybe use the back cover to list the credits of who the owner of the guitars are, who submitted pics, etc., etc.

Having it all listed on the back would be a nice touch and help us remember the details in the future.

Um Cliff ... Sorry to break it to you, but setting up in your garage and playing for the neighbors technically is not a "gig".

.... unless they flip a quarter in your case

(but, that might be more busking than gigging)

". . setting up in your garage and playing for the neighbors technically is not a "gig" . ."

That sh!t got "old" on the neighbours a LONG time ago . . .

It's now reduced to three or four LawnGnomes, but it's "steady" . . .

. . . and BEFORE someone here calls me on the carpet because the TMGpage is WAY outta date, I'm in the midst of re-vamping it this very evening . . .

Damn. Does that mean the annual "children's benefit" that I play in my basement for the neighborhood kids isn't really a gig either? (And remember the manifesto before you guys answer)

Finally here! Home and hangin'! AWESOME job! Kudos to all involved. Thank you for the collected effort.

Brad, wonderful and unexpected "Trinket"! Well done.

Not to impose (well, OK, maybe a little) but perhaps a list of credits and info could be posted here, like was done for the "Members Night Out" CD. Just a thought.

Thanks again for an original piece of Ovation history.

Dave
