I'd say it's a 7+ on ths 1-10 scale with some scuffs here and there. Top looks like new and sounds great for this type of fiber top. Plays fine, intonation is almost perfect, action is low, sound is mellow. This is a 1999 based on S/N. I have pics if anyone is interested. If you are not interested, can someone help with an idea of what I should ask? By the way, it has a case that is fairly beat-up but still works. Thanks for your assistance. Eman.

Mine was in better shape: After cleaning it up, it looks new with only a bit of fretwear under the cowboy chords (no where near needing a fret dressing). Case was in pretty good condition (inside looks like new, a little cosmetic scuffing on the outside. I got $1000 for it on eBay. Local buyer hit my BIN. His wife is on the way right now to pick it up.

I played it, changed the strings (Martin Phospher Bronze Lights) and the action is low and there is no fret buzz or slap anywhere on the fretboard. Frets are in excellent shape, board looks fresh. There is a very small chip of the top of the headstock and some scuffs on the lycrachord (belt-marks). Otherwise it's shiney, looks great and sounds at least as good as (or better than) my Ovation 30-yr anniv. CL. I'm not profiting from the sale, just trying to help a friend. Thanks.

Does NOT have the fully removable oval control panel.
