Hey just found this place and I am looking forward to sharing info. I have had this preacher for close to ten years. I always think I am going to get rid of it but cant bring myself to do it. I am looking for information on wiring and any help with schematics or what have you would be greatly appreciated.

Jason - welcome! That's exactly how I found this place. I was looking for info to restore my Preacher. The first place you can look is the "Reference" link on the left. There you will find tons of info - including the schematic - for the Preacher and the rest of the O solidbodies.

I'm sure others will post more info as well.

Denton - as in Texas? I just got back from the Dallas area last night.

Nice guitar, and welcome to the club. Denton, TX has a great music scene and a fine music school in NTSU. I lived near there for a couple of years.

Very nice guitar. Welcome to the OFC. You should be able to find out anything concerning Ovations on this site.

Welcome Jason,

I used to live out on Lake Dallas in Crescent Oaks, run the Donut-Deli on University Blvd, and work out at the State School. Denton is a nice little town, and the colleges keep the music fresh and interesting around there.

nice preacher, I have a couple of Ovation solid-body mutts in the works... ;) there's lot's of help for you and your guitar here. and some of us need lot's of help.

Glenn

"Oh Boy! .... I'm helping now!" ........... Well, maybe not.
BruDev - I was down in Tx this past week getting trained on some software and helping out my counterparts... for some reason your tagline kept popping into my head. Made me chuckle everytime I thought about it. Thanks!
