Location: Tennessee | I'm surprised. Apple Corps Ltd and Apple Computer have had many legal disputes over the years. It stems from an agreement made in the late 70's in which Apple Computer agreed to stay out of the music business. After several legal wins, Apple Corps lost the latest lawsuit last year, so probably this is a way for everyone to make nice. Not to mention there is likely to be huge dollars for everyone involved. |

| We need a lot more global warming for olives to grow here. On the other hand I've got a BIG jar of beautiful grren olives stuffed with pimentos in the fridge if you want to bring a case of good beer around. |
