Where can I order parts on-line for my 1983 collector's series?

Ovation's web site says to go to a dealer, well the closest dealer to me is a hundred miles away.

What I need is one of the end caps, or pins (not sure what it's called) that holds the bone in place. There's two of them and they fit at each end of the bone and they have a little peg that fits in a hole on each side of the bridge. Know what I mean? What is the proper name for this part?

Thanks!

Call Ovation customer service and talk with either Kim or John. They'll have what you need.

A "plug" for the bridge bolt?

...or do you mean UNDER the saddle?

Yeah, I know what you're talkin' 'bout. My 1615 had those. Fortunately, both of 'em were still there. I'm sure "Mother" will have a couple available.
"Saddle pickup endpins"?
