I forgot about you lucky ones (unless you happen to be in the AZ Navajo Nation) including Hawaii and various Pacific and Carribean island territories! I answered my own question... Starting this year the "Energy Policy Act of 2005" set new change dates to the 2nd Sunday in March and the 1st Sunday in November.

I'm still under four feet of snow here and my first tee time is at least a month and a half away. What a way to spend a beautiful 70 degree day. This would have been one of those days that I could have gone skiing and golfing on the same day. Instead, I cleaned the garage.

The kids will be waiting for the bus in the dark also. I agree that the Capitalists probably think more people will be out shopping an hour later. But with current technology, and a 24/7 workweek, this will make no difference. GW Bush, The Distractor! Hey, but my computer adjusted itself! Ain't technology grand?
