I agree that the word remote has multiple meanings and tend to think of it in terms of being a long way from "civilization", but my name isn't Miles. If his name was McDonald, I could understand where Miles was coming from. |

If I give up and agree to go to Hawaii this fall, I'll look you up. I know that's pretty threatening, but I'm relatively harmless. |
