(My Mom mentioned seeing one on PBS, so I asked if she wanted one... No) I was thinking that I don't play my (non-O) twelve that much, so why would I need a Double? Like the man said, they look good on stage for one or two songs, but....

Thay are so overbalanced relative to the body that the guitar is really only playable sitting down. I actually tried hanging a counter weight off the endpin (attached to the strap), which fixed the balance problem, but made the dang thing HEAVY. So now I don't switch during songs - small sacrifice.
