Location: Newfoundland, Canada		Hi,
I've been looking at an Elite on eBay. The serial # indicates that it was built in 1987. However the seller says that there is no model number or name on it. Also, the only Elites I've seen on the Ovation website came with gold hardware and this one has chrome. Any opinions? The item # is: 190095237067.

Thanks Jason - sounds pretty damn nice too. Treble's nice and crisp, bass is more muted than my Custom Legend. Action is really sweet. Haven't had the chance to compare it side by side with a comparable mid-depth Elite to see how well it does. Not sure what the exact history is on this model and the following year's CP2003 (both Korean-made), but both are listed in the Archives of the Ovation USA section (even 'tho they're Korean-made) on O's website. Maybe someone who knows more about these two "Limited Edition" models can educate us?

Location: Indiana		I have the 2001 version of these and really like it(for a celeb). It plays great and sounds good until you A/B it against a USA model.
