i kid you not, slipkid, my computer does the same thing! our electric bill increased dramatically (about $45.00 per month) after i bought it. of course, it is on nearly all our waking hours, but i have never seen or heard of an energy hog computer like this one.

Would getting one of these for my wife on her birthday make her happy enough to allow me to obtain another guitar?

I'm glad everyone here is open minded to new innovations. This would never be good enough for the those guys over at the Hoover forum. Hey, not everybody can afford a pre-war vintage Hoover.

If you have to ask, you don't need to know.

We alson have a Dyson. I cant remember the model number though. Pearl thought that the price was high for a vacuum. I told her that we spent almost three hundred dollars for our first vacuum and almost that much on the bags over a fifteen year period.
I wasthe first to test the vacuum at home. I used it over a small area about 7'by 7'. I didn't pay any attention to the cannister. When I came back I looked at the cannister and it was half filled already. I thought that there was only going to be a clump of dust in the container. WOW!! I never realized how deep into the rug this sucker cleans. We have had it for almost two years now and are very happy with.

That's what sets the OFC apart. We tend to be open minded to new innovations but we aren't afraid to acknowledge that other brands suck as well. Are string tubes available for these yet? Also, I heard that you can get a better idea of how much these suck if you stand across the room from someone else using one. :D
