I just received a brand new Adamas W598 and I need to lower the action. The trouble is I cannot remove the saddle from the bridge. I have removed all the strings so I have unfettered access to it but just using my fingers, I cannot get it to budge. I've popped the back cover off and there nothing underneath the bridge holding the saddle in place that I can see.

I've removed saddles from Ovations before, including the W597 I own now, and never had a problem like this.

I've search the boards here and Google'd for an answer but so far, I've found nothing.

Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.

Never mind. I got it out with a little bit of razor blade and a whole lot of patience. ;) That sucker was in there tight.
