Heres a couple of pics of the installation in my Koa. Turned out real nice, and it sounds good too. (plus, it has a tuner :D ) | ||

It only cost 300.00 new, but it looks more expensive than that. All Koa with curly maple binding on the body and neck. Looks nice, plays easy and sounds real good*. (*except when I'm playing it...) :rolleyes: | ||

I don't think I would attempt it on someone else's guitar, but since it wasn't an Ovation, I figured I didn't have much to loose. ;) Check that, actually I did the same thing on my 1115 to make it a 1615 when I installed an OP24+C in it. | ||

Joined: March 2005 Posts: 12761 Location: Boise, Idaho | OMA, plug a microphone cord into the 3 prong and into the mic input on your amp. You will also need to put a plug in the 1/4 jack. The XLR output is much cleaner than the 1/4. | ||
