I think we are so used to conversing in un-real time that we don't know any other way. Perhaps that explains some of the awkward moments at the Tour. B. Took an honest to goodness sick day Friday. There is no place to hide in my job and I wouldn't be much good to my customers so it's better I just stay home. Unfortunatly I didn't feel good enough to practice my guitar, work on any computer or calendar projects either. I sat, I napped, I watched the "Linda McCartney Story" on TV. C. Tuppy.... you do your job to damn well. Every time you open the subject of wearing "Ovation Colored Glasses" you put in motion a long, complicated mental gymnastic routine in my head. I tend to end up in just about the same spot but I can't get a good nights sleep until I work it through. May mildew & mold molest your Martins.

My guess is that this board has evolved into such deep, intellectual converstions that the quick, abbreviated "chat talk" format just won't work. It takes a good bit of time & thought to come up with this stuff.

I think we are so used to conversing in un-real time that we don't know any other way. Perhaps that explains some of the awkward moments at the Tour. 1) I don't like using Live Support online, (I don't type that fast) So why would I wanna do that for Fun? 2) The help I need, when I need help, probably would be asleep, at work (but that never stops some or you), or just out having a Life! 3) In a live chat setting, people would start using that text-message annoying lingo, that I am too ancient to comprehend. Plus it is annoyingly stupid! Fkn gr8 lol 4) I edit stuff five or six times, trying to look like I have some sense, and might know what I'm talking about. 5) Next, y'all would want real-time video, and I don't have an iMac. Plus I couldn't relax, dressed like a slob like I am now. And y'all might find out that I ain't as handsome as you thought. Imagine having to get dressed-up to goof off on the computer.
