Hi ALL

The title says it all: I have been dreaming for this guitar for more than 30 years and this morning I finally bought one. Should be here in the next few days. I have never been so excited for another guitar!

It is a brand new one, I was lucky enough to find one immediately available at the EU warhaouse and I bought it through my favourite shop.

I will try to post a picture when it arrives, hopefully I will be able to find out how to do it.

Well, three days ago I finally got the guitar I've been dreaming of for 32 years and have been floored by the quality, the craftmanship, the look, the playability and most importantly the tone.

This is simply a great instrument that has already made me put my Gibson J-45 on sale. I thought the J-45 was my perfect guitar, after receiving the 1687-8 GT I have changed my mind.

I have posted some pics on the Facebook page of the Ovation Fan Club.
