| I've just bought a gorgeous 1981 Country Artist. Plays beautifully but the piezo pickup sounds awful. Harsh, some strings louder than others and raspy. Do they wear out? Is there an easy after-market replacement?
Thanks guys! |

| I'll change the PP3. The signal is strong, just raspy strings and crucially a huge variation in volume among the strings with the low E in particular much louder, even with treble turned to max. |

| Anyone else ever had issues with the bridge piezo? I guess regular members don't see this forum... |
