Location: Ponca City, Ok | Hi everyone,
I have 2 Ovations that I love to play.
If anyone could tell me more about them that would be great. I plan on keeping them but, I would like to know what they might be worth.
How old are they? What are they made of?
I really love both of these guitars. I want to be able to share the info with people that ask about them.
Everyone is amazed how great they play and sound.
#1 Ovation Elite Standard USA.
Model 6718 SN 476989. Sunburst top.
#2 Ovation Ultra Deluxe 12 string.
Model 1515D SN 346908. Black top.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

I went to the Ovation Discontinued site.
These exact guitars are not on there.
There were some similar guitars that gave me an idea of how they were made.
I did find the 6718 is a USA made in "1994".
The 1515D 12 string is Korean made in "1986".
I posted pics under "MrWilson39" in the gallery. Take a look. |

Location: closely held secret | The 1515D isn't listed but it's a 12 string version of the 1517D.
They have a lot more models than they have links on the discontinued list, you have to page through them using the right arrows under the specs.
Here\'s the link to the 6817 page. |
