Does anybody have/ know a source for the plastic wedge pins Ovation used/ uses for the original pickup? I'm looking for a couple, the 1613 I resurrected is missing one and a spare never hurts. Last time I needed to do this was pre DW days and it was a straight forward replacement from the mother ship.
Thanks,
Chris |

Location: undisclosed | The plastic pin that secures the pickup, probably called something else but it is a bit like a end pin.
Question for you Dan, I have a couple frets I'd like to replace on my Folklore from 1974, what should I get to match the original wire? |

But first, I'd check with Al Pepiak at Lost Art Vintage

As far as the fret wire, here's a link to the original drawing from Ovation Tribute. Fret Wire Drawing Checking LMI's web site, it looks like their medium fret wire would be a good replacement. See: Medium Fretwire.
