I already feared that as well, and I sent him a PM explaining the madness, but it still sits there unread.. so I hope he didn't feel insulted or scared off like a sailor who just crossed the equator for the first time and second guesses his decision to join the OFC Navy.

TAFKAR, just between you and I, I've been using the base of the feathers from an Emu. Cut them to length and a quick hollow-out and your done. Much better than synthetic or latex based tubes. But Muzza, from what I can remember, uses Echidna quills. Getting the feathers out of the emu without getting kicked in the head is the hardest part - especially after you have plucked the first one! |
