Location: USA | Hello, Does anyone know if the Mothership is currently open to do repair work or refurbishing? I looked on their website but I did not see if they are closed due to covid-19. If they are closed does anyone know someone who has the same skill level on ovations in Florida? I am looking to get my shrunk binding on my neck replaced and fix a couple of small top issues. Thanks! Steve |

I've got a 68 shiny bowl in the shop. It was sent in December. I'm in no hurry so I have not inquired about progress... or how the virus is affecting operations. It's a small staff in the best of times, but absolutely no one else I would have trusted with this vintage guitar.
My contact was the customer service office in Tennessee:
HeatherD@ovationguitars.com
Repairs are done at the shop in Connecticut.
Drop her a line and see what she says.
Best,
Jonmark |
