Afternoon all !

I needed some Truss rod covers for my 70,s and 80,s Ovations and could not find any correct ones.

I found a place that made me 20 exact replics (much cheaper that way) and am willing to share what I have left.

The are a tad under 3 3/4" tall x 1 1/16" wide. They match exactly to the original I sent them (please see photo).

They are $6.50 each with FREE snail mail shipping.

Please let me know if you need one or two. I will NOT sell all of the extras to one person.

Just trying to help out the group.

Ed

Maybe 2 3/4 Tall instead of 3?
If so, I need one for an old Viper.
1 1/16 x 2 3/4.
Let me know.

I remeasured using a micrometer instead of my old wood ruler and these are 2.7" tall (just under 2 3/4) by 1 1/16. The top hole spacing is 2 1/8 from the bottom holes.

If that works, plkease let me know. I will do a photo later with the numbers to make it clearer.

Hi, hopefully it will not be the ruin of me......
I'll take two of them, PM me the costs and your Paypal account. So I'll see no problems and send you my shipping address and the money...

Hi Juiced! Don't need any of these, but I sure do appreciate your willingness to share and give us all a crack at these TR covers! Just the kinda thing that makes the OFC so great! Arigato from Japan.

Ed, I'd love to have one of those for my Country Artist!

Like Bernie I am in Germany. If you are willing to send another one to Germany, I'd be happy if you'd send me the amount of costs for shipping (uninsured letter should be the easiest and cheapest way, I guess) and the cover via PM and your paypal adress and I'd send you the money via Paypal friends and family.

Thanks in advance,
Kurt

Let me do some more digging. The Post office web page give me a price of over $20 to airmail to Germany.

Wow, that's a lot - a normal letter to the USA from Germany doesn't cost more than 3 USD. But it's much cheaper as well to ship something from here to the USA than vice versa.

Thanks in advance - and if it's too much of a hassle for you, I'll pass.

Best regards,
Kurt

Kurt,

Please message me an address. I am going to the post office tomorrow to get a correct/better price.

How many do you want?  For overseas it will be $5usd each plus shipping.

Ed
