Glue in. At least the MIJ Pinnacles are. Pretty sure the rest are the same. Here's a pic of a repair done in Japan (not by me).Some folks say the MIJ Pinnacles matched the "build" (okay, don't go ballistic on me guys, I did not say "sound") qualities of their U.S. made counterparts. Hope this helps! |

Location: Denmark | BTW I don't think the 3862 has the Kaman bar neck system - if that matters. Besides the rumour goes that a few were made in Germany.
