Take Me Out to the Ballgame.

Things have gone nuts here in Denver.

I'll bet. Congrats. Too bad the nl eastern division decided not to play baseball this year.

Congrats! Who do you want to play against, Boston or the Indians?

Since the Mets disappointment me, and the Yanks crapped out, I've been playing more guitar.

Most played song currently as of late is my own special mix of La Bamba and Twist and Shout.

Brad how is your house going to withstand a Colorado-Boston World Series? I remember that your daughter is a big Boston fan. :eek: :confused: :rolleyes:

Brad;

I'll bring you a copy of SteveGoodman's version from "Affordable Art".
Very "snappy" rendition with some GREAT JethroBurns mando work . . .

Phil, my daughter has been silent about the Sox up to this point. A month ago, the Rockies were mediocre at best. Then they got hot. They were underestimated by San Diego, Philadelphia and Arizona during the playoffs, to the detriment of each. Through the third game of the NLCS, Eric Byrne of Arizona said it was luck and that the Diamondbacks had outplayed them. Hard to tell what the current thinking is in Boston and Cleveland, but the streak certainly speaks for itself. Nothing like peaking at the right time.

What are you guys?? 21 and 1 or something like that?? Haven't lost a game since September 16?Talk about being on a roll.
My one concern is the 8 day lay-off the Rockies will have waiting the the AL to run it's course. Eight days is a loooong time to be sittin' & thinkin'.
We had the "Panic In Detroit" thing last year.
It is fun.

THEY'RE KILLING MY POOL PICKS, BRAD!

I was betting that streak had to come to a streaking halt against the D'backs. Oh well, at least the Yanks streak ended on time.

A 21 & 1 record will screw up anyones pool.
Detroit didn't win the World Series last year but we did humble the Yankees.

And I loved every second of it, Brad. My golf partner is a MI native and a huge Detroit fan (in every sport). We're still trying to squeeze in a football game at the Big House one of these days. And Mike Hart is a Syr native!
