You could not ask for a more stunning repair than this ...

BEFORE and AFTER photos of my beloved FD14-AV50 (50th Anniversary) which had the bridge pop off and peel with it a good part of the cedar top. The repair job by Darren and crew is just friggin amazing.

Looks good. But still should not have happened on a fairly new guitar.

If wood came up with the bridge, then isn't it a function of the wood used for the top rather than the glue on the saddle?

Not sure why the thing pulled off but just thrilled with the repair. What's left of the factory crew is still top notch in my book.

If not for the before photo, you’d have a tough time arguing that a repair was even made. Fabulous!

What gauge strings did you have on the guitar?

You can see by the wood grain in the top that it was repaired and not replaced. Just amazing!
