This year has absolutely FLOWN by so far! But there's a reason for that perception in my life. Also, some may have noticed that I cut the deadlines for getting calendars printed pretty close the last two years, and there's a reason for that too. And coincidentally, they are the same reason.

Most of you don't know that I went back to grad school two years ago. Long story short? I've been working full-time, teaching part-time, and trying to keep up as a full-time student at Villanova Graduate Buisness School. (If I didn't think I was getting old before, I sure do now!)

But three weeks ago, I wore a cap and gown for the first time since 1983.

So what does that have to do with calendars?

Instead of spending every free moment doing research and writing papers, I suddenly have the occasional spare moment again. And that means, I can start working on next year's project within a more reasonable timeframe.

Of course, that means I get to be the one assigning homework for once.

I need pictures for the 2018 OFC Calendar. Lots of them! There is a link below to a drop box. That way you don't need to worry about maxing out your email size limits when sending in those nice, hi-def photos. Be sure to let me know EXACTLY what model and any details you think may be relevant. My email address is the same as the dropbox-name-below @ patchworkmcg.com.

I can't wait to see what you all come up with this year! Thanks everyone!

Was hoping to get some pics to you this year for sure; but alas, the schedule is tightening up already! Can't wait to drool over all of your beautiful O's again in December! Again, muchos gracias, Patch!

Our daughter is going back for her PhD at age 31 and I thought that was too old. She wasn't even born when you last graduated. Impressive, Patch.

Thanks everyone! Now I just need to turn that new degree into more income....

But that's another issue.

Regarding the calendars, I can see some pictures are waiting in my drop box, so thanks to those who jumped right on this. But we have a ways to go yet, so keep them coming!

I would really like to be close to a first draft sometime in August.
