Ok, I spoke too soon In the “upload photos” thread. This time I did have a problem posting a photo (using the old method.

I’ll try again (still stubbornly using another one of the old methods.)

John Denver

I seem to recall reading once that John was less than impressed with Ovations. Something about 'guitars should be made from wood'.

Stating the obvious with Glen Campbell, seen here playing the X014 prototype 1624 Country Artist with Prismatone pickup.

DanSavage - I seem to recall reading once that John was less than impressed with Ovations. Something about 'guitars should be made from wood'.

He said that to me after playing my 1621. Kinda half joking... but he was in love with his Taylor line by then.

In Germany we have a terrible style of music called "Volkstuemliche Musik". They try to imitate classic bavarian folk music but add cheap drum computer sounds, stupid three chord melodies and even more stupid lyrics than Henry Deutschendorf was able to write.

A lot of them play Elites and Adamas guitars cause of the epaulettes - I believe they think it's for the "traditional flowry" look. I could post pictures, but the imagination should be enough to not want hear and see any more of it.
