Joined: March 2018 Posts: 7 | I am trying to figure out what model ovation I have. The only sticker of any kind I can find on it is the serial number. 373xxx, so it looks like this is a 1988 model. It is a shallow bowl (~3"), super shallow maybe. The reason I am tracking it down is a little bushing popped off the tuner so I figure I would start with model identification first. So I think I am going to try to replace the tuners Here is a link to a picture of the tuners and a picture of the guitar itself. https://imgur.com/a/DjgzL Thanks for any help you can give.

The CS257 looks like it has 2 boxes on the outside (maybe one is a battery box). To change the battery on mine I open a round plate on the back of the guitar.

Also others with the screw-hole at the six o'clock position. If you would like, I can upgrade your membership so that you can post in other sections. Only a few people can respond in the "Welcome Center". Let me know.
