Check out the Adamas Speaks Leaflet on the Ovation Tribute website:

It says on the bottom of page 6 "...Adamas, which is a Latin word for diamond in its native form, carbon."

When we were working on the Academy which was a step below the Applesauce we wanted to call it the Clap.

Unfortunately it got voted down.
