Location: SF Bay area, California | I got this from a Southern California dealer who called it a Glen Campbell. I think it was a Pacemaker.

Here's the whole story: 
The bass scale length is our standard 25.25", the treble is 24.4". As I received it, it had unison strings! I used a D'Addario XL 12 string set. The fingerboard is new, it isn't the original recut for the fan fret. I have no idea who the luthier was. M^2 |

Location: SF Bay area, California | This is the first (only) one I've handled. 'Fan-Frets' or 'Multi-Scale' instruments have their fans and proponents. Searching those terms on YouTube and the web will find many theories, arguments, and controversies. Andy McKee likes his  The price was attractive, and I was curious, so here we are. I like it, it does sound good, and plays easily. This one is 'horizontal' at the 12th fret, many builders choose the 7th. It's obvious to me that this one was built to use the Ovation neck, 25.25 low E scale length, and symmetry about the (neck joint) 12th fret. Cheers! Mark

Location: undisclosed | Fan frets are interesting, they make sense for a expanded range instrument to give longer scale for the bass strings where you need it and short scale for a high treble range. |
