I'm going to say 1984 with the 1587 (Adamas I) and 1581 (Adamas II). Are you looking for one?

So the decoder chart just tell me that the 1581 is cutaway then it´s made in a lot of versions. So does anyone knows if there is an 1581-? that has dual epaulets and two knob electronics and is from 84-87

The 1581 would be an Adamas II,I would expect that if you get an early enough model it would be a two knobber,if you go to ovationtribute.com there's a lot of info and pics of the adamas models
