Hi, all,
I've tried to get some contact for years now with no success, now I know why! I sold him my 1681-7, from that money and a little more I bought the 1680 and told him what a wonderful guitar that is.... He bought one as well...
We had a lot of email contact and shared some sound clips. Suddenly he was away..... and today I found out where,
in heaven! He was a member here and I will have him in mind. I knew that he was ill, but not in that way.....

He had Leukemia.
RIP Jürgen!!

Cancer is the most unfunny thing I've witnessed in my life. I lost both parents to cancer and it's such an awful thing. And when you lose a fellow music lover, it feels even more personal...at least to me it does.
But on a little bit brighter note, your post has allowed me to see the awesome collection you've got....wow!!! Next time I get to Germany (one of my favorite places to vacation), I'll be sure to try and look you up and see if I can check out your Ovation Museum. |
