| I would like to take this opportunity to thank John Budny in New Hartford and everyone at Ovation USA for their invaluable assistance.
I recently returned home to find my Adamas 12 string with it's bridge hanging off. The string anchor had let go from the top and had pulled right through the bridge causing a considerable amount of damage to the guitar itself and much emotional distress.
After a month in transit (customs nonsense...), the guitar arrived in New Hartford and was quickly repaired (new bridge and some CF re-gluing).
It arrived back here in Canada today sounding as amazing as it had prior to the bridge malfunction.
The great people at Ovation remain some of the best in the entire guitar industry and their customer service is second to none!!
We are indeed fortunate to have someone like John there we can call when our Ovations are in need...
