You don't see these 1778 Orange Flame Tops very often. And this one sounds fabulous and plays beautifully. It has a fully working Idea preamp installed. A great guitar to be sure. I hate to part with it because it always attracts a lot of attention in a fun way at gatherings. But I've got too many beautiful Ovations and I need to make some tough choices. Price = $650 (+ $40 shipping).

The only thing negative about this guitar is that it has a rather long crack in the flame paint (about 9"). This sounds a lot worse than it actually is. There is no crack in the wood that I could find using a flash light and by scratching my finger nail across the grain. But the tone is absolutely amazing. These guitars have mid depth Bodies but somehow sound (I think) like a deep body Ovation. Very, very enjoyable to play.

Thanks for checking it out.

Your links aren't working, I think you need to put them in a "Public" folder on Dropbox before copying the link.

Wow....looks like I was worse at posting pics than usual...which is rather hard to imagine. OK, let's try this. I believe these are supposed to be Public Links.

Wasn't there also a purple version? I have a red full body painted model. The paint is stunning.

Yes, absolutely STUNNING!!! I know where one is, and would LOVE to add it to the Cave, but he is in no rush to part with it! They really are Gorgeous Guitars!

I was lucky enough to get a Full Flame from Stone Bobbo, and OMG, you can feel the vibrations in your tummy is so fine!! It tickles the soul AND the tummy!!!

I was blown away by how big this guitar sounds....absolutely love it. And it's sooo easy to play. And it's kind of funny in that I've used this guitar many times to "corrupt" youngsters into learning some music. They are really attracted to the coolness of the flame models. I told one boy "put down that phone and pick up something hot!" He's still playing.

For what it's worth, I can offer a money back guarantee for 14 days after receipt of the guitar. If you find that you can't line with the paint crack, just pay to have it shipped back to me and I'll return your money. No problems with that on my end. My bet is you'll fall in love with the tone and playability of this guitar.

OK....doesn't look like there's much interest here. That's unfortunate but I understand the USA Flame Ovations aren't for everyone.

I like 'em. I have two.
And I took the Red GCXT Flamer out today.
That is fair price. Try evilBay or Reverb.
Good Luck.

Thanks OMA. Until you play one of these, you don't really grasp the big tone and super easy playability. It's not quite like playing an electric but it's close. OK...off to Reverb land.

OK...off to Reverb land.

Add $100, or at least 10%.

Looks like there's not much interest in the orange Flame at $650.
Let me lower the price to $550. Message me if you're interested!

Thanks!
