| Is the Ovation satin finish like Fender and Gibson satin? I have sold off a couple Fenders because I don't like what happens over time -- it buffs up, in certain spots. For example, under the place your right forearm touches on the body.
I've got my eye on a nice Viper, but I might need to just hold out for a gloss finish. Plus I would really prefer a maple fretboard... |

| P.S. If anyone can direct me to the secret stash where all the old Vipers are hiding, that would be swell. I envision a huge warehouse, like Indiana Jones. |
