I now have a new respect for Frank Zappa as a guitarist.I am exhausted & ready to go to bed after watching this clip.
This is raw hardcore jamming at it best.GWB

Ive lived a very sheltered Frank Zappa life.
I grew up in his generation and his music to me was either brilliant or bullsh"t and no in between. This one is a fantastic performance by Frank as far as I am concerned.GWB

Frank was, in some eyes, a fool, yet in mine and others, a genius. He liked to fool around a lot, but what a talent!

I kept waiting for Zappa to start spanking Vai, but it never happened. I think they both played well and I like the tune, so...

I've liked Vai since he did Flex-able, just never understood Zappa...I thought he was a flake.

So... You didn't know that Frank could do all that?

Flaky people are everywhere... Talented Flaky People are alittle more scarce!

Thanx for sharing that GWB.

Very interesting,,,,,Throughout the entire video Franks eyes not once come off of his guitar neck???
Most of the best guitar players that I have seen never look at their guitar while playing.GWB
